just a follow up on the previous post, yest during the 'Day of His Power' mtg, there was a special ministry going on within me and God clearly revealed to me how i need to handle the situation which i'm going through...

"2Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."

He reminded me of this verse from Romans 12:2..this verse powerfully showed me how impt it is not to be distracted by the things of this world and get caught up in it..instead, be strong in the foundations of His word so that i can be the light and salt to the pple i come across with...we are not to yoke with the pple of the world but befrienders with them and be a source of light for them...

clearly, let that a prayer for me that the Lord can use me mightily in this new environment and allow the Christlike characteristics to shine through me to the pple ard me
