The dress to impress today rather ok...but I did learn quite a few things...i think it's a waste of time to wear formal clothes to sch...anyway the class managed to take quite a few photos in the library...we went to seoul garden after that as a class although it wasn't the whole class...it was such a big group..13 of us, so we ended up talking among the pple at our tables...after that as we walked down orchard, more and more pple started to leave the group...well, I think some of them are tired of going out all the time...we walked all the way to p.s., there were only 5 of us but by the time peiying came to join us, 2 had left and it was left alwyn, shi leng, Candice, peiying and me...the same few pple on fri...sat down at mac to talk...well, we seemed to be helping shi leng with some of his thoughts though or maybe mess it up...we dun know...the rest came to know alwyn's little secret which I had known last yr...later, Candice suggested we walk to esplanade...it was damn late already but they sort of agreed to...alwyn didn't wan to go but we managed to persuade him to walk to city hall with us...I think he's feeling a bit upset thinking abt his experience since the talk at mac...anw, we reached esplanade and took more photos...but this time, I thought we really shared a more of our thoughts and feelings abt certain things...maybe it's the atmosphere...it really do stir up certain feelings and thoughts...stayed there till almost ten cause shi leng needed to go home..

These few days have being tiring...i hadn't have more rest and I didn’t have time to pack my stuff...but at least I enjoyed myself and I'm glad we took more photos...

Sunday, September 26

Its sun today...the class planned to go joel's hs to have bbq...a few of us met at jurong east first before going to giant at imm to buy all the stuff...haha, but because we were afraid it'll rain tonight so we changed it to steamboat as the rain wun spoil the plan...the shopping wasn't supposed to take very long as we all spilt up to buy the stuff and the queue at the chashier wasn't even long...but it's the jostling ard the crowd with the trolley that took up most of the time...

When we reached joel's hs,we spent the afternoon in his room playing cards and majong...but the highlight was the later part of the day...by dinnertime, those who were suppose to be present arrived...we had problem deciding where to hold the steamboat cause the initial plan was to have it at the rooftop but the sky seemed to be rather dark...so the guys were lk staying at the rooftop for half an hr, checking whether it'll rain..strange though, when we decided to hold everything up to have it at the rooftop, we saw more streaks of lightning and moved everything back down..it was amusing seeing everyone forming a train to pass all the stuff up and then down four levels...in the end it didn't rain but it just dun feel safe being up there...

Joel has a dog in his hs...its rather huge and looks intimidating but actually its harmless...but the girls seemed to be very afraid of them...they all kept a certain radius away from it...when it moves an inch, the girls started running away...there were times when the dog started running, they ran all over the hs...then while we were having dinner, the dog ran up all of a sudden and the girls started to run in all directions and unfortunately, it chased after lynn and Candice and it chased Candice ard half the hs and got her all frightened up...actually all they have to do is not to move..the faster u run, the faster it'll chase after u but its just their natural instinct to run...i think only alwyn and I, the 2 dog-lovers. Bothered to play with the dog at its enclosed area behind the kitchen...u can imagine how big it is when I say its tall enough to lick alwyn on the face when it pounce up on him...haha...

After dinner we went up to the rooftop...its was damn romantic with the dim lights and night sky...we lighted up some lanterns and hang them on the plants and even toasted with the grape juice that we bought...I thought it was a very cosy and warm moment spent with 13 of my classmates..it was indeed very rare for us...we continued to play cards and majong at the rooftop till eleven...it was so tiring by that time and we still have to go back sch for dress to impress tmr..

haha..finally finished my prelims! after such a long 2 weeks wait..i'm actually very excited abt whats going to happen the next few days...such a pity that the our last paper was physics s and there are so few pple who can go out with as most of them are in chem s..but nvm, we decided to go out with the few of us first while waiting for them to end...me, gian, qn, rx went for lunch at cine and we went to watch terminal there...as expected, the movie was as good as the ratings were...fabulous movie..there wasn't a single dull moment and although the plot development was slower, but it encaptures the feelings of the characters...wh joined us after the movie but it wasn't for long before the chem s pple finished...

after a little miscommunication, in the end only gian and me joined alwyn, shi leng, peiying and candice...and for some reason, we ended up at marche although i had just finished dinner...i think by the time we left heeren, it was ard nine but we carried on walking down orchard road all the way till forum and it was almost ten before we leave for home...

ok, thats all for the first day after prelims, its very summarised cause i'm very tired now....

haha..finished physics p1 and p2 today..completed physics and chem totally..left with bio p1 tmr, maths s on thur and physics s on fri..just a little more to go...but the main stuff are over..i was feeling so light-hearted after physics ended...hope everything is fine...now preparing what to do after everything ends...lucky that is the course 'dress to impress' on mon and tue, so at least we dun need to go back to studying right after the short weekend..but we were told we will get back the maths paper on wed..argh, so fast...anw, now that 'dress to impress' we have to wear smthng...dun think i have anything proper to wear...i'll see how first...maybe i'll just settle on that only shirt i have...

can't wait for the weekend to come....

phew..finished chem p1 and 2 and bio p3 today...half-way there...hey, everyone out there! just hang on there..prelims will be over soon..take care of your health, good luck and all the best!
